General Terms & Conditions and Applicability

V8b (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a valid and legally binding agreement between v8b and all its registered users ("Members").

Account Registration & Eligibility

You must meet the following eligibility requirements to register an account with v8b. If eligibility conditions are not met, v8b reserves the right to close the account.

• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. v8b may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.
• Single Account: Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all will be closed.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Password Security: It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) is required for withdrawals or transactions above certain limits.

Deposit & Payment Methods

V8b supports all major mobile payment systems in Bangladesh. Please keep the following deposit rules in mind:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 (one hundred taka).
• Instant deposits are available via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits must be made from the number registered to your account.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and any such transactions will be cancelled.
• V8b does not charge any deposit fees, though fees may apply from your payment provider.

Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from v8b. We always process withdrawals as quickly as possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered to your account.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; complex cases may take 3–5 business days.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from bonus funds.
• V8b reserves the right to temporarily place a hold on withdrawals for security review.

Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

V8b regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific terms listed alongside the offer. General bonus rules:

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and applies once per account.
• Every bonus comes with a Wagering Requirement — the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal.
• Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of being credited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• V8b reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The general rules for betting and gaming on v8b are outlined below. Additional specific rules may apply for individual games or sports.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, v8b reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In Sports Betting, match results are determined based on the official announcements of the relevant sports governing body.
• If a connection is lost during a Live Casino game, the result will be determined based on the last recorded game state.
• RTP (Return to Player) data for all games is published on the platform and internationally audited.
• Any bets found to be associated with match-fixing or manipulation will be voided.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v8b platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit loopholes in bonus terms.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, intimidating, or abusing other users.
• Creating or managing accounts using false information.
• Placing bets or playing games using automated bots or software.

Account Closure & Suspension

V8b may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breaching these Terms and Conditions.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. Any valid funds in your account will be returned, excluding bonus funds.

Limitation of Liability

V8b is committed to delivering the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Your password or login credentials being disclosed to a third party.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions.

V8b's liability shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute or complaint, please follow the steps below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Start by reaching out to our 24/7 support team. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your issue remains unresolved through support, please send a detailed written complaint to [email protected].
• Step 3 — Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved between the two parties, it will be referred to a neutral third party for arbitration.

Complaint filing deadline — complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant incident.
